Brand: Cafe Model Number: CVE28DP2NBS1 Main Symptom: Ice maker is not making ice at all, Beverage Drawer is barely cool, Freezer is more like a soft freeze. What happens & when:

Parts or tests already tried: I haven’t tried any test as I don’t have the tools or knowledge. I tried to reset it 2 different times but that unplugging it and plugging it back in stuff has never worked for me ever. I tried for 5 minutes and then i tried again for like 45 minutes. Its only 3 years old. I checked the vents and coils and they were pretty clean but i blew them off with some compressed air anyway. Compressor seems to be running and condenser fan is running. What to try next?

This is either a defrost issue or a sealed system issue. Check the frost pattern or build-up on the evaporator to determine which. If it is a sealed system issue, then you will need an EPA-certified technician for those repairs.
