I have neighbor with a Café door. We moved a couple weeks ago. When moving, one of the moving guys had to remove the doors to get it into the house. Since then, the convertible door doesn’t work. The convertible door has a panel that allows the user to change that section to cooling, refrigeration, or freezing. This model has the double French door on the bottom. The left bottom is persistently cold and the right side converts. The panel on that door does not light up nor does it allow you to change modes.
I have the app, and when using the app, I can see if that door is open/closed - perhaps that is a different sensor. An appliance guy ordered a part in the panel, and it isn’t working. He said that he can order a new door, but it’s a gamble if it’ll fix the problem.
I can’t seem to find a manual, video, or any other resource that shows how the door connects, how it functions, etc.
