I believe you have a ES300 cotrol Page 38.

Try unplugging the unit for half an hour or so to see if it will reset.
Unit does not seem to have any built in diagnostics and the F1 code is for a control board fault.

Hello Denman, I hope you can help! I have a frigidaire es300, and the oven stopped working, so I ordered and installed

Clock/timer

                        Part Number: AP3561834
                                                                                  Made by FRIGIDAIRE

Part Details - FRIGIDAIRE Clock/timer, part number: AP3561834

Unfortunately, the buttons aren’t working right. They are performing different functions. I looked at the repair manual PDF you have, and it’s functioning just like the ES200 panel.

Did I order the wrong one? (I hope not, my wife will kill me!)

Thanks

Cannot say, I do not work for AppliancePartsPros and the model number you gave (ES300) does not come up.
All I can suggest is that you go to the Frigidaire site and check the clock/timer number there. You can then come back to the AppliancePartsPros site and use it to cross reference and see if your model comes up.

Thanks For your reply. If you could - I have another question.

I think I found the right clock timer - the one you mentioned (turns out my model # is in fact FEFL67DCE).

I plan on ordering it, unless…What’s happening is that when we click bake, we hear the relay click, but the element nevr heats up. I assume it’s more likely the timer than the element, but could I be wrong? Which is more likely to go out?

correction - i finally found the right part - Part Number: AP4501684 , but the same question still applies. Based on the symptoms (the clock shows the oven on at 350, and trying to preheat, but there is NO HEAT. The broiler however does work) does that sound more like this part, or the element itself?

Thanks so much

Here are your parts, includes a wiring diagram

I am assuming that you can change the oven set temperature and it is not locked at 350.

I would check the bake element first, just because it is easier to do.

Unplug the unit.
Remove the screw/screws holding the element to the back of the unit.
Gently pull it forward.
Undo the wire on one side of it.
It is a good idea to clip something to the wire so it does not disappear into the back of the unit.
Measure it with a meter should be 20 ohms approximately.

Here is a manual which may be helpful

It is not the greatest as it does cover many units so you have to be careful to be sure you are looking at info for your unit.

Thanks so much, I’ll do a resistance text tomorrow and check
