I broke one of the rivets for the right hinge counter on the oven while reinstalling the floor pan of for the oven.
 the door will not close/open properly and the door hinges and springs look to be fine.
I need to replace this part but I do no know where to start?
I see the 2 mounting screw on the outside of the oven body for the part but am lost after that. Any help would be great.
I’m afraid I did not get it clear. Can you refer to a drawing reference number(s) from the break down diagrams for the Thermador range Model PGR364GLZS?

the bottom support pin broke so the door will not hang on the oven
I ordered this piece to fix it.
Part Details - BOSCH Support, hinge counter, part number: AP2832441
I don`t know what to take off to install it? I hope its the right part?
I am an amateur at this.
It is part number 22 on this diagram
Model PRG364GL
Diagram number 4 main oven body
part number 22
If there is no more letters after “L” in the model number then looks like this is the right part number. Per the diagram you have top remove the side panel to access the part.

Gene,
1.Should I remove the side panel from the inside of the oven?
2.Where do you access the side oven liner screws to remove it?
Model PRG364GL
Thanks for the help so far!
You can find the instructions attached to this post.
