You will have to do some testing, using the multimeter.
If you fill comfortable doing that follow the directions.
Unplug the range.
With the range out, remove the rear panel to get the access to the elements from the back.
Turn the oven to Bake and check if there 230VAC at the bake element contacts.
If you have the 230VAC and the element doesn’t work - replace it.
