Bottom cold top hot on side by side

Hello and thanks in advance,

our side by side fridge is not cold on top, it is a whirlpool ed25tq. compressor is running, coils under the unit were dirty but have been cleaned. temp in the bottom of the freezer is about -10F and 30 to 45 on top. fridge is about 40 on bottom and about 65 on top. it everything is cold and working well for about a week then it thaws out on top only. when it is working i can hear a noisy fan running higher up on the unit not the compressor fan that is down low. any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info, the full number is ED25TQXGW00.

the lights are turning off when the doors shut, i am quite sure the noise is from the evap. fan, but it seems to be tuning just fine for a week or so, when it is spinning i can hear it and everything is cooling as it should. there is quite a bit of frost on the back wall of the freezer, i will try to get the rear cover off later today but i am wondering if the problem is in the control for the fan.
