Bosch Washing Machine Diagnostic / Test Mode

Hello, my 3 year old bosch washing machine will not finish its cycle. When it gets to the end spin of the program it flashes an “E:12” code. It does this on all cycles. Once in a while it will run all the way through. Also, all three compartments in the draw are filled with water. Is this normal? The last symptom is that the timer display jumps to different values, one second it reads 50 minutes then it jump to 1 hour and 15 minutes. I do not believe it is one of the valves because I can set it to Drain and Spin and it finishes the cycle. Also I have the same problem on all the cycles so all the valves work at the front end of each program. Next I cleaned out the drain and made certain the drain pump is working and it is. Last I checked the feed hose for kinks and clogs and found nothing, I also cleaned the inlet strainer still getting the same error code. I took the top off of the machine and found a piece of paper from the factory with a diagnostic / test mode procedure and I ran this for my error code. This produced two sets of numbers a 63 and 88. Does anyone know what this means and how to use them to fix my machine?

Should say what the codes mean on the tech sheet you found. If not I could try and find out.
