Bosch WAS20160UC/28 Unbalance Spin, Cycle Stops, Doesn't Empty

Brand:Bosch
Model Number:WAS20160UC/28
Main Symptom: Unbalance Spin, even with minimal load
What happens & when: After water fill

Error Code (if any): None
Parts or tests already tried: I believe it is the shock absorbers
Photos / video link:

This model has three shock absorbers (Bosch Shock Absorber MFG Part Number: 11051551)

I cannot find any videos showing how to open this model washer (there are some that only have two shock absorbers, and it looks like you can access them from the bottom of the machine)

The machine fills slowly, spins for a while (unbalanced. This is why I think it is the shocks) then slows and stops. It tries to spin more, and stops. You can coax it to finished, but the water is very soapy and hard to get it pumped out. We had to manually drain the basin once.

Is there a link to a video or description of how to open this machine to replace the shocks? It is about 10 years old. We replaced the motor about 4 years ago.

Is this a lost cause?

Thanks,

Dan

I don’t have a video, but here is the service manual for it. The repair section should at least get you into the cabinet to get to those shocks.
