I have a Bosch model SHU43C. The door doesn’t stay latched. My wife said that it hasn’t worked in 2 years(that’s about how long that she said that it’s not cleaning the dishes. I WANT IT FIXED. What parts do I need? I know I need the door, because 1 of the tabs is broke. It was caked with white stuss underneath(don’t know if its detergent or what)I cleaned it off, but the latch is very hard to move. Do I need that part also? do I need to remove the front panel to access this area? THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE.
