Bosch SHX68M Dishwasher E01 Error

Looks like we have a heating problem on our Bosch dishwasher which is showing an E01 error.

  1. On the SHX68M model what is the most common component failure that causes this error code?

  2. Can the SHX68M control module have the same relay solder joint problem as some of the other older Bosch model control modules mentioned on this forum?

  3. How do I tell if the problem is in the door on the control module PCB or under the machine in the Heating Element, flow switch, etc.?

From everything I’ve read, you might want to check the thermistor. Others more familiar with the machine might be able to direct you better.
