Unit stopped before quick cycle completed. Controller display and button LED’s light, but unit will not run any cycle…no sound whatsoever. Running self diagnostics displays “F0” and button LED’s work but will not run the diagnostic cycle. None of the relays in the controller transfer or have power to their coils when they should.
I verified the following components electrically and mechanically for proper function:
a1-on/off switch - including momentary contact set.
e1-door switch.
e6-safety float switch. - catch pan bone dry.
f1-water level switch - open, tub empty/closed, tub filled.
s2-water solenoid - tub fills when jumped at controller.
m2-main motor - circulates well when controller relay is jumped.
m3-drain motor - drains tub well when safety float is lifted.
NTC-suitable ohms reading across thermistor.
I didn’t verify the heater cicuit or flow control.
It appears the controller is at fault, but I would like a second opinion before ordering a replacement from APP.
Thanks.
P.S. I found the wiring diagram rolled up, and stuck in a hole in the base, just behind the left leveling foot (after diagnosis). I installed this unit, so that must be where Bosch put it. What ever happened to conspicuous location? lol
