Parts or tests already tried: 1. Reset unit. 2. Checked drain hose is at least 33” above cabinet floor. 3. Drain Pump works 4. Circulation Pump works (water is spraying in tub)

This could be a heating element failure in the circulation pump or a power control module failure. The heating element on the circulation pump can be tested for resistance to identify if it is the issue and it should measure about 8.9 Ohms. If it measures about 8.9 Ohms, replace the power module. If it does not measure about 8.9 Ohms, replace the circulation and heat pump.
