MY BOSCH NEXXT 100 SERIES WASHER Model WFMC1001UC/02 is not spinning or washing. It will fill and drain. We can hear a clicking sound when the machine would normally cycle at those times. Pulled off back panel–belt ok, motor shaft spins ok manually. Can you help? Thank you.
Hey, exact same issue. Only when this originally occurred, about three weeks ago, I also checked the impeller (small amount of debris - nothing blocking operation - cleared this out anyway) and the brushes (ok, not both brushes, because that would require removing the motor, but i checked the brush accessible after removing the back panel and w/o taking out the motor, and it was fine). Machine ran fine for a few weeks. Then same problem. Now the impeller is completely clear. Belt is fine. etc. So I called in the repair guy, and he doesn’t have a clue. He left without charging me, so I figure and said Bosch’s are weird, so that’s not promising. Anyway, did you ever find a solution? Do you know how to generate error codes? My washer never gave any error beeps or lights. And seems normal except for refusing to spin.
Hey EgBs1,
Did you ever find a solution to your problem? Had a repair guy come out and look at mine for same issue. He re-seated the connections on the Motor Control and everything worked fine. 1 Month later problems start back up. I re-seated the connections. Nothing. Another repair guy comes out and said the Motor Control is dead. Ordered part and installed. Worked upon initial test. Went to do a load and it died again. Sitting here with dirty clothes again. Please let me know if you figured it out. Gonna go look at the pump now but I don’t think that is the issue.
Having the same problem as well - please post back if you figure out what the fix is! Thanks!
Similar problem with mine. The washer gets stuck between cycles and beeps until you hit start again. We hit the start button about 6-8 times for each load. Otherwise works great. Very disappointed in thisn washer only 2-3 years old.
I read on another forum that you need to replace the motor brushes only. I am going to try that because I am desperate.
Same Problem with mine!
So I have the same problem with the Nexxt Series 100 washer. Unfortunately the motor doesn’t have any brushes to replace in the USA or Canada. I have found that the controller board (located in the black plastic housing to the left of the motor) has a burnt out trace. This either means the board failed “normally” or the motor failed then caused the board to fail  .

So did this fix the problem?

If you look within the motor area (and all around the base of the unit) you may see carbon dust. If so, the brushes have worn out and it’s time to replace the motor, because, as previously mentioned, the brushes are not available separately.

If you’re able to disconnect/reconnect the motor to get it to work for a few days, you’re “cleaning” the contacts on the motor and/or in the harness. I’ve found that the carbon dust corrupts the connection, which results in the motor control board not “seeing” the motors speed sensor (pins 4-5).

Again, the fix is a new motor. Occasionally, the motor control board can fail, but it’s far less common.
I definitely appreciate this information very much. I was trying to decide based on the information and the cost of the parts, if it was worth the fix. Didnt want to buy something that cost more than the washer itself lol. Again thanks for the advice.

This did the trick. I ordered brushes from a place in the USA. They were a little more money but got here a lot quicker.
P.S. I am a single mom of 3 and I found a great video on youtube to guide me through it. Works GREAT! Here is the link to the video.
How to replace washing machine carbon brushes on a Bosch washer - YouTube
Parts were no more than $30.00.

Go to Bosh website and use this part number 00154740 to search for the part. These will fit Bosch nexxt 100 series washer - Model: WFMC1001UC. Whoever said these are not replaceable probably didn’t bother to take out the motor and inspected it first. Replacing the Brushes is as easy as an oil change in your car. There are several videos on the web that show you how to replace these brushes. Good luck.
