Main Symptom: replacing door hinge & inner panel replacement
What happens & when: New inner panel will not latch at top.

Is there any debris or objects that might be preventing the top from securing? Also, are the tabs at the top of the inner panel lining up with where they should go or are they offset?
The tabs are lined up and the panel presses tight against the metal door frame, but they wouldn’t click in. I have since removed the central glass panel and found very small pieces that I cannot remove, even with a small tweezers. I have given up as some tabs on the new panel are now broken after I tried to put it together, and then had to pull it apart after some of these top tabs didn’t catch. I have ordered the fully assembled door.
