BOSCH Ice maker blinking red light

My Bosch icemaker in my Miele freezer suddenly stopped making ice. I’ve followed everything I can find online but haven’t found the issue. I built a 120V trigger that I can use to activate the water solenoids which sends water to the icemaker and into the tray. But when the icemaker first returns to the fill position no water comes out. I’ve opened the icemaker but it looks like its all electronics and no micro switches or triggers.

One thing I have noted is that the red LED behind the ice tray is blinking the following code.
-Solid red (2 seconds-ish)

  • 5 red blinks
  • 2 red blinks
  • 1 red blink

Typername:ICMA01US
9000507868
F3-V1.06
LZY-1109 3 0125

From another website I believe its BOSCH 707593 part number.

Based on what I have found so far the 5-2-1 red light blinks seems to be a “Low Mains Voltage”. When I first tested the voltage at the freezer it was 117V, but after an hour I tested it again and it was 122V. So I’ve turned off the ice maker for now and will maybe try it again when the weather warms up a bit around here. We have had a -40F cold snap so the province is short on electricity.
