My parents have a Bosh dishwasher in a home they just purchased that won’t quit beeping every so many minutes after the dishes are clean. Is there a way to shut the alarm off? i’m assuming there has to be, but I can’t figure it out.
When cycle is done it beeps to let you know about it. As long as the “on-off” switch is in “off” position there is no power to the dishwasher controls.
They tried to turn the power off, but as you said there is no power to the controls so the dishwasher cannot be run. We’re, therefore, concluding that there is no way to stop the beeping at the end of the cycle. The problem is they like to run the dishwasher and then go to bed. They don’t want to wake up, get out of bed and turn the “Beeping” off. they just don’t want it to beep in the first place.
Thanks for the help anyhow. Please correct me if we’re wrong!
