Our Bosch dishwasher won’t drain. My husband and I are retired and would like to fix this ourselves. (You know fixed income) We can’t find any diagrams for this and before we get a new pump (expensive) we want to make sure this is the real problem.
We would appreciate any help that you can give us.

I have a similiar problem and wish to access diagrams in order to plan the diagnosis and repair of the problem if at all possible. Unfortunately, I call the repair service as our unit was still under warranty which I did not want to void by attempting any investigations. Had I simply removed the filter screen at the bottom of the unit and unscrewed the plastic cover over the impeller of the pump I would have found the small chip from a plate that was preventing the pump from rotating and removing the waste water. Cost $109.18 for a few minutes work. Let me know if you find a source of diagrams of the dishwasher.
