What happens & when:
After wash cycle , I noticed water pooling at the bottom. Cleaned the filter, sucked out the water with a wet vac. Ran a cycle, dry, another cycle, little pool (think it’s normal) third cycle, pooling at the bottom. Not sure if it’s the drain pump, water inlet or both.

The unit having water standing sounds like it would be caused by a drain pump issue. One way to determine this would be to clean out all of the water and leave it sit overnight to see if it gets water in it when off. If it does then the water valve would be the issue. If there is not then the drain pump will be likely.
Currently I cleaned and ran a a cycle with white vinegar in bowl. It finished and it does not have standing water.
I have to run another cycle - will keep you posted on outcome
