Our dishwasher makes a rattling noise, and does not wash properly. The soap doesn’t even get fully dissolved. The noise is associated with rotation - it winds down when I power off.
Remove all filters and screens inside the dishwasher and clean them. Check for a broken glass inside. If it would not help then you have to pull the dishwasher out of the cabinet, remove the circulation pump and check it.

Thanks. Do you know where I can get a repair manual or procedure so I can get at that pump? If I even knew where it was, I might be able to reach it from the toekick to be sure that’s where the noise is coming from.
The instruction is attached to the reply.

I got the pump off and found a two piece impeller. Several pegs in the face of one disc engage several holes in the other, but they come apart easily. Is that normal? If so, it seems I should be able to just put them back together. I tried that, but ran into another problem. The pump won’t go back in the housing. There are 4 sliding tabs, but no stagger or lead-in. Looks like I have to remove the pump housing to to get all 4 tabs engaged at once. Any instruction on how to do that?
Do the instructions you provided for the circulator pump also apply to the Bosch shu9925uc/12?
Thanks
