Bosch dishwasher not draining

Hi Appliance Pro Help Guys,

My bosch dishwasher does not drain all the water out after a cycle.It leaves water just below the bottom pan so when you open the door it does not spill over (out the door) the bottom edge(pan)..I blew out the drain line so it is clear.I raised the dishwasher drain line above the sink drain so the water from the dishwasher drains down hill into the sink drain.
Please help..My wife wants me to get a new one…
The serial number is FD7704 Model #SMU2042UC/14
