Bosch Detergent Door Won't Close

I have 2 Bosch dishwashers with the same problem. The detergent door won’t close. When I slide it to the left to close, it pops open. The metal spring and blue plastic latch under the detergent door appear to be fine (no cracks or anything), but I’m not sure they are. Is the problem elsewhere?

you need a new despenser assembly. It’s not very expensive, and I installed it myself. works like a charm now. good luck
