Bosch D/W SHPM65Z55... Does not turn on, lights flashing, no error code

Brand:Bosch
Model Number:SHPM65Z55N
Main Symptom: Does not turn on
SHPM65Z55N…Was working, on the next load machine does not power on, flashing “sanitize” and “add Rinse”… I have tried a hard reset with no results… From my research it looks like the “Control Module” is defective. I would like to know if it could be something else before I order the part # 11031054… Any suggestions? Thanks

This could be a dispenser, a heat pump, valve, or a control module failure. It would be dependent on the specific error code which can be E19, 20, or 21. With the dishwasher turned off, press and hold the speed 60 and the rinse button. Turn the dishwasher on and release the buttons once P0 is displayed. Once it is displayed, press Speed 60 again and it should show the most recent error code. Does an error code show up and if so, what error is it?

There is no error code. I followed your instruction, but the only thing I get from the D/W is the led’s from the OP. Does not turn on, does not respond to any input.

Since there was not an error code displayed, and there was no response to any input, it is very likely that the issue lies in the power control module.

Hi… I ordered/received/installed the control module as suggested, but it did not change anything. I took a video of the D/W buttons and display of what it continues to do …. https://photos.app.goo.gl/5cWm72H1ZbK6QG5aA

Please advise on next steps… thanks

The wires going to the dispenser and the circulation pump can be checked for any loose/damaged connections. If those check good, the circulation and heat pump windings would need to be tested for resistance. The heat pump portion of the circulation pump should measure around 9.3 Ohms and the circulation pump windings should measure about 14.7 Ohms across each terminal set from pin 1 to 2, 2 to 3, and 1 to 3. Pins 4 to 5 and 5 to 6 should be about 10,000 Ohms. If that checks good, what is the full model number of the dishwasher? There should be a /## number.
