What happens & when: stopped cooling today. Fan still blows but compressor isn’t kicking on. Compressor is cool to the touch.

Error Code (if any): “alarm” showing on digital display in freezer temperature section

For this issue, you would want to make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the inverter and signal voltage of between 4 and 6 vdc. If there is proper voltages coming to the inverter but no signal voltage then the control board will be faulty. If there is signal voltage and 120 vac then it will be an inverter that is faulty.
