Main Symptom:Burner On Indicator LED Not Working
What happens & when: The blue burner on indicator light for one of the five burners has stopped working. The other four still work. I suspect that I need to replace the potentiometer (part 00619852) but am uncertain.

If it is the potentiometer that needs replacing, how can I remove the glass panel (part 00646029; shown as 212 in the attached diagram) to access it?
The potentiometer would be the cause of failure. With the gas and power supply turned off, the knobs and burner caps would need to be removed. The next step would be removing the brass venturi tubes securing the burner heads to the frame. This will allow the cooktop panel to be lifted up to change out the potentiometer.
