blinking lights are soak and scour, drying, off,4,6hr .Changed control board no change.Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Could be a control panel (keypad) problem.

Since there are a number of lights blinking that do not have a key it sounds like a problem with the circuit paths for the LED’s.
Unfortunately they do not show these in the tech sheet.
I would still check the keypad with a meter just to see if something comes up bad.
