When I take the clothes out of the dryer I notice there are black streaks on all of them. Has anyone have this problem and does it mean that its time to replace the sensor bar assembly? Model # MDE9606AYW

Often this is a bad drum seal or mount. Clothes are getting between the drum and the frame and being dragged around causing the streaks.
I doubt the sensor bar has anything to do with it.
I would double check to be sure the washer is not doing it.
Also check the interior of the drum in case something has stuck to the side of the drum and is rubbing off onto the clothes.
You will have to open the unit up and check the drum, seals and it’s mounts (front and back.
You may as well also check all moving parts.
Basically an overhaul.
Give the interior including the blower wheel a good cleaning.
Also a good time to clean/check your vent system.
