one of my stove top burners is’nt heating up the knob lights up “that it’s on” but no heat,this is a smooth top oven . I don’t get any kind of error codes and everything else seems to be working just fine also I got this oven used so I’am not sure how old it is, any advice

Most likely the element in question is burnt. Raise the top and using the multimeter check the continuity of the element.
For the part number please provide serial number and position of the burner.
