The clock displays OK. If I press any oven mode, Bake, Convection, etc. then I set the temp, I hear clicking and the display says pre-bake on with bake flashing, but then the oven turns off after about 10 seconds.
Model - AOCS3040WW
Manufacturer - P1132348NWW
This sounds similar to other problems posted but I’d like some advice from the expert.
Is this the ERC? P/N?
Thanks.
Tom - this may be a bit late, but there’s a couple things that I am learning about the relay board in these ovens.
When you don’t have an error code, and a no-heat condition / low-heat condition, the problem is MOST likely in the relay board.
On the board / backside check for obvious signs of failure on the double line break relay (K6), bake (K4), and broil (K5) PCB nodes. You may have one completely fail, and another that intermittently “opens” !! Re-solder any that look questionable.
Heck, while you’re in there - get out that trusty roll of silver solder and touch up every node with a nice, hot soldering pencil…!
if you have a bake and a broil relay why is there a DLB relay for both ?
just asking cuase i found a failure in my oven and it seems the DLB relay is stuck open
thanks
