Main Symptom: Damper not opening
What happens & when: While fridge is operating, damper stays close all the time and fridge stays warm. During regular operation 115v is not being supplied to the diffuser.
In service diagnostic mode 115v is being supplied between (orange/black) stripe wire, pin 6 and (black) wire neutral pin 5. Also receiving 95v between neutral and (yellow/black) stripe wire at pin 4. Damper is being jammed open temporarily until problem is solved. At the water filter status indicator, there are no numbers or colors displayed showing a fault.
