Can turn pulley by hand toward agitate,but hear/feel siezed bearing,very hard to turn.Opened transmission,clean oil, no water or fileings came out.Spin and pump work normally.Shaft that agitator is on has no free play side to side or up and down.
Despite your visual examination of the transmission the symptoms you have are indicative of a failed transmission. Can’t be certain but that looks like what it is.
