The agitator moves very, very slowly and the spin isslow. The cloths remain very wet and wemust spin a second time on every load. What suggestions do you have as to the cause of the problem and therepair procedure??
Is it just the upper agitator (auger) that moves slow or the lower section? If just the auger, you probably need new “dogs”. A slow spin is typically caused by a worn clutch. If it’s going slow because the motor is running too slowly, that’s a whole other situation. Does it drain ok? (fast)
