My washer appears to function properly, with the exception of the agitator. It appears that the agitator dogs have worn down and are not grabbing when the unit spins. I have taken the agitator out, but have not been able to remove the cam and agitator dogs (the assembly is listed as #9 on the schematic your site provides). Can you help with this problem. I considered ordering the agitator repair kit or even the agitator assembly (#20 on the schematic).
What parts would you recommend replacing or what steps do you suggest I take? Thanks.
