What happens & when: led panel is blank, only button that works is express cook. used to be able to cycle the breaker and panel would come back, that doesnt work anymore. not sure if its control board or something else. LEDs will work if I do a hard reset but its all gibberish

Test the transformer in the control panel to make sure that there is 120 vac going into it and if there is then check for 24 VDC coming out. If there is proper power in but not out then this will be a faulty transformer that would need to be replaced.
