I have a ge profile range top oven combo P2S920SEF4SS. The problem started with the upper heating element going bad and the oven taking a longtime to heat up. the display would be hot by then. We replaced the heating element and things were fine will we had a power outage. when the power came back on the display was dead and not responding.
I am struggling to open up the front panels and get access to the display behind the glass top. I am not sure if there is a fuse or a breaker in there that made the display dead when the power purge was triggered. Or if the display and glass top need to be replaced. please let me know how to open up the system.
