7" Whirlpool Wall Oven Error/Only Clear Button Works

Looking for any help with this oven. The video shows from the circuit breaker being turned on. The clock will continue to keep time even with the breaker off, just no other buttons do anything.

Unfortunately I cannot read it. It is scrubbed off. BTW.. I put Whirlpool, but it is actually a GE.
