My GE Profile refrigerator is having a similar problem and it appear to be caused by a malfunction of the condenser cooling fan (located by the condenser coils and compressor at bottom back of unit.)
I don’t know if the fan is bad, or whatever turns the fan on is not working. So far no one has been able to respond to my post 
The replacement fan is about $65 for my model, and the main control board is about $110…
Most common problem is a jamed damper door, just check. Am having problems viewing any pictures of your fridg. Will try another site later.
