1-2 minute power down

I have a GE ProfileSpacemaker XL 1800 that powers down after cooking what seems to be around 2 minutes. No power at all until it sets for 10minutes or so (like a cool down). It then powers up like the first time plugged in and asks you to set the time and works again unless cooking over 2 minutes or so then does it all over again. Is it the manetron or different sensor? Help.

Also I have tried to unplug it and plug it back in but nothing until it sets the 10 minutes or so.

Anyone have a diagnosis.
