Been having intermittant issues with the water solenoid valve voltage. Sometimes it's 120V, but usually 70V. Wires and float switch are good. Control circuit issue??

The dishwasher model is MDB9100AWQ. I have verified that 120V goes into the circuit board, and 70V comes out. Anyone have a suggestion on where to order the part? Thanks. I am in Michigan.

Here are your parts

I would measure it with the water solenoid disconnected just to be sure that the solenoid is not pulling the supply down, though it does sound like they use a triac to control the valve and half of it is not firing.
