This is a side by side unit. The area between the freezer & refrigerator, where the doors contact, is so hot that it will burn you. I am supprized that it has not melted the rubber on the magnetic strip. It is not warm anywhere else & is still making Ice. Is there a heater strip here? I thought that the defrost timer had went bad so I turned it. It has not made a differance. What can it be?
