Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/14/2008(UTC) Posts: 1		There is a little water underneath the bottom shelf of the refrigerator (inside the fridge) and a little ice underneath the bottom shelf of the freezer. I wipe it everyday and the next day it is there again. Could it be condensation? Are there heaters to prevent this that are not working and I could replace? The Power Saver switch is ON so I guess the heaters are ON. Thanks in advance for your help.

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 5/28/2008(UTC) Posts: 1,620		It's your defrost drain. It is most likely clogged. the drain is located in the freezer section below the evaperator. Get yourself hot water and a turkey baster, and force water down the drain until it is clear an water goes through it.
