I just noticed that the water dispenser is not dispensing water when the arm is pressed in. There is no audible click and the light beside the arm does not power on when the arm is pressed either. I pressed the cubed / crushed ice buttons and pressed the arm, and no ice or audible click.

I turned the water supply off in the basement, and when I came back up the ice maker dumped ice and attempted to refill (I heard the pump cycle on)...but obviously no water flowed since I turned it off.

Any ideas on what I can do?

Just an update - I turned the water and ice maker power on again. The ice maker is functional and making ice as expected. I assume this means that the issue is not a frozen water line, and points to the ice/water dispenser unit?

Another update - I looked at the power wire that comes from under the freezer, up into the corner of the freezer door. I found that the power (white) wire had some evident corrosion where it entered the connector. I pulled lightly and sure enough it came out. I separated the connectors, stripped some insulation off the white wire, temporarily recrimped the tip back onto the wire, and inserted it into the connector. I plugged them back in, and tested the dispenser...sure enough it worked. I don't know how permanent my fix is, but at least I found the problem.

Can anyone point me to a part number for this connection, in case my fix is short lived?
