Last night I used the broiler on my Thermador built in oven. Now when I hit bake nothing happens. I can only broil or clean.

And all of a sudden the cooling fan came on by itself(after the oven had cooled) and then shut off after about 5 or 10 min. At the time I had been using bake with a timer. Now it will only broil and self clean.I bought a new element, that wasn't the problem. Oh model # SMW272
