When I manually spin it, it sounds like there are rocks tumbling inside the tub. Are there bearings also on the inside of the tub that could be bad. If not, what could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated.

To replace both of this parts is very serious job which will take 3-5 hours. - The part number for the outer shell and bearing assembly is AP2578105 - The part number for the inner tub is AP2107258 Gene.
