Dishwaser turns on and wash but water doesn't Drain and stays in the Machine. I made some tests the Flexy Drain Pipe is not cluged. I did disconnect the flexy drain pipe down Below dishwasher where drain pipe connect to a pan and I did stick a screw driver in to that opening and the water drained manually from there so It will drain manually from the pan below.

Does the motor run during a drain cycle?
Does the wash/drain solenoid pull down during a drain cycle?
Have you checked the sump for debris?

The way this pump works is that it has a wash/drain solenoid (Item 497 in Section 3). This controls a flapper valve in the pump assembly.
During wash the flapper directs the water up through the wash arms.
During drain the solenoid is activated, pulls down and the flapper then directs the water out the drain hose.

The solenoid only gets power for a few seconds at the start of a drain cycle.
The water pressure then keeps the flapper in the drain position till the unit is empty. The spring then pulls the flapper back into the wash position.

If the solenoid gets power for longer periods it will overheat, melt the plastic in it and fail.
