The interier paint of the drayer is pilling off how can I fix that?

I don't know that there is any repair for peeling paint. It is almost certainly a factory defect, but I doubt if Whirlpool will do anything for you. You should contact them, and if they will not help with a replacement basket then your choices are to live with it or replace it on your own.
