My refrigerator side-by-side is forming ice in the bottom of the freezer, then leaking out the door when on defrost. I think it's a defrost clog but do not know where and how to clean it. Thanks in advance for help!

The defrost is under the evaporator coil. You have to remove the rear panel in the freezer to access it. Defrost it using a hair dryer and hot water. Make sure the other end of the defrost hose (on the back of the refrigerator) is clean.
