Sears Coldspot refrigerator; freezer and fridge not cold enough even on highest settings. Ice is frozen but wet.The fan is working and it runs almost all the time. Coils have been cleaned. Do I need a part or a new refrigerator?

Pull the freezer back panel off and tell us the frost pattern.
