Brand new Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher model # ends in 33. All hooked up. Put on the power and the motor engages for a nano second and quits - there is still power in the wire coming out of the wall. (cuircuit breaker does not trip off).

Since it is new I would get it repaired under warranty.
