GE - WJSR2080T5WW

The Machine never finishs the cycle. Always stops at "soak". I have to manually advance the timer pass the "soak". Do you think this is timer issue?

You will need a voltmeter to confirm a bad timer. Does it fail in other cycles also, or just one? During this cycle, the timer sends voltage to the water solenoids to let water in, then the water level switch sends voltage to the motor to start agitating once it fills up. You may have other problems, these timers are usually pretty reliable.
