I have a GE Profile refrigerator with bottom freezer. Several days ago the freezer
started running anywhere from -6 to -16 degrees while the frig started running anywhere from 44 to 50 degrees. The set points are 0 for the freezer and 37 for the refrigerator. It does not seem to be frosted up, so what else could be causing the trouble? Also does anyone know how many fans this unit has?

My GE refrigerator has quit cooling and the freezer alerted me to this by the ice maker bin defrosting. What to check? Where is the fuse? Where can I find a diagnostic check list?
Thanks

Hello,
My GE Profile is doing the same thing. Freezer seems to be okay but frig stopped cooling? Cant find fuse or any dianostics to check? Did you resolve your problem?
Thanks,
Don Smith
